For Returns Please Note:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of the Simple Path, you can return the Simple Path memory chest and either request a new memory chest (if it was in some way damaged during shipment) or receive a full refund of your purchase (net of the original shipping costs) if you have changed your mind. Please indicate whether you’d like to exchange the chest (for a new one) or would like a refund of your purchase price. When we receive your request, a pre-paid return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you at the address you provided.
But please note that returns are time-sensitive and must be received at our office within two weeks of the memory chest’s delivery to you or the return will not be accepted and the purchase is final.
